Any store, in your notch.

In UltraNotch, open Sales, choose a store, and pick Webhook or Both. You get a private link. Paste it into your store's webhook settings, and each new sale shows in the notch the moment it happens.

An API key reads the last 60 days and checks every 20 seconds. A webhook brings each sale instantly, from the day it's added. Both gives you the history and the speed.

Any other store

Choose Any store, give it a name and a picture, and post each sale to its link as JSON. This works from your own code, or from Zapier, Make or n8n for stores that aren't listed.

amount is in normal units, like 14.99. Send amount_cents instead for the smallest unit.
id makes repeats safe: the same id is one sale.
Optional: items as a list of names or {"name", "quantity"}, and created_at.
Send "type": "refund" with the same id to take a sale back off.
With a shared secret saved, send it as Authorization: Bearer, or sign the body with HMAC-SHA256 in X-Signature.

What's kept

Only what the notch shows: the amount, currency, items, order number and time, for 62 days. Customer names, emails and addresses are never stored. Removing a store in UltraNotch turns its link off.

If something doesn't arrive, the webhook screen shows what the last event was and why it was skipped. Doesn't work? there sends us the details.
